DESCRIPTION:During 2018 I was a consultant for the Digital Transformation Team of the Italian government to work on [Docs Italia](https://docs.italia.it), an Open Source platform to collect and share Public Administration documentation.
 
 We have not written Docs Italy from scratch, but we have built it on top of Read The Docs: the reference platform for documentation of Python packages.
 This has allowed us to save a lot of work! But Open Source software does not write itself and we did our part by contributing to Read The Docs. In this talk I will tell you what we did and what we learned.
